Here are some questions provided by all of our devoted Haoqi e-bike customers. 

Q1:What is the haoqi motor torque?

A1: 80N M. 

Raw reduction gear, the torque reaches 80N.M without

deformation. Powerful chip, signal processing is timely

and stable and not easy to damage.

Q2: How many charges is the battery rated at?

A2: Charging time: 6-9 hours

Q3: Both the haoqi rear and front lights are included with the the bike, correct?

A3: Right. Both of the rear and the front are including.

All the things in the picture are included in the fee of $1399 before April 6th.

Q5: I would have to purchase a separate foot support because that is not included with the bike, correct?

A5: A separate foot support is also included! All the things in the picture are included.

Q6: Are disk brakes mechanical or hydralic?

A6: Ours are mechanical brakes.  Electro-Mechanical Brake.

It is able to react more quickly, resulting in shorter stopping distances and increased safety.

At the moment there is an intermediairy system available, brake assist.

We do not need to add the brake's oil or repair it.
