SHIPPING POLICY

COSTS & DESTINATIONS

Currently, we only provide FREE shipping to the lower 48 states in the US. And we DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO.

For shipping destinations in Canada, customers are required to pay a $50 USD of shipping fee.



SHIPPING TIME

We want to give you a perfect shopping experience. Due to the COVID-19, problems occurred in the factory's production. The factory has resumed production, and we sincerely regret the impact and loss caused by you. We will deliver the bikes to our warehouse as soon as possible. After the warehouse receives the goods, it will be sent out in the shortest time.

If you do not receive the goods, we will not receive your money. After the order is placed, we submit it to PayPal or the credit card company, and they will give us the money. Do not worry. We hope you can receive the goods as soon as possible, and we are sorry for the delay caused by irresistible problems.

Processing

It usually takes 1-2 business days for your order.
A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped. The carrier is FedEx. Once the items arrived in our warehouse, please allow 2~7 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address. For any third-party shipping, we cannot provide any additional shipping information or documentation. Any delivery dates provided by HAOQI are estimated.


SHIPPING CHANGES

NO CHARGE for changing the address BEFORE we provide you the tracking number.

$20 WILL BE CHARGED when the in-transit logistics information shows that the change is successful on FedEx.

$150 WILL BE CHARGED if the package has already been delivered to the original address successfully.
