Shipping Area
We currently only ship to locations within the United States and it is free shipping (Except Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, and Puerto Rico).
We ship FedEx or UPS and not ship to PO BOXES or APO.
Shipping Time
We want to give you a perfect shopping experience. Due to the COVID-19, electric bike production may slow down. We will deliver the e-bikes to our warehouse as soon as possible. After the warehouse receives the goods, it will be sent out in the shortest time.
If you do not receive the e-bike, we will not receive your money. After the order is placed, we submit it to PayPal or the credit card company, and they will give us the money. Do not worry. We hope you can receive the e-bike as soon as possible, and we are sorry for the delay caused by irresistible problems.
Processing
It usually takes 1-4 business days for your order to be processed. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once the order has shipped. The carrier is FedEx. For any third-party shipping, we cannot provide any additional shipping information or documentation. Any delivery dates provided by HAOQI are estimated.
Shipping Changes
No charge for changing the address before we provide you the tracking number.
$20 will be charged when the in-transit logistics information shows that the change is successful on FedEx.
$150 will be charged if the package has already been delivered to the original address successfully.
