Effective from 2023, any HAOQI bike model purchased entitles you to the exclusive privilege of free battery replacement within a 3-year timeframe. Please find below the comprehensive terms and conditions governing the free battery replacement service:

Replacement Criteria:

To avail of the complimentary battery replacement service, your battery must fulfill the following criteria:

  • Battery capacity should be below 70%.
  • Replacement requests should be made within three years from the date of purchase.
  • Replacement Process:

    If your battery meets the stipulated replacement criteria, kindly adhere to the following procedure:

  • Contact our dedicated customer service team, providing your order number and battery code for receiving the replacement service card.
  • Safely ship the eligible old battery and the replacement service card to our designated inspection facility. Kindly note that you shall bear the shipping expenses for both ways.
  • Post thorough inspection (within five business days), we shall dispatch a brand-new, genuine battery unit to your address if your battery qualifies for a replacement.

    Manufacturer Battery Recycling:

    As part of our commitment to environmental preservation and resource utilization, we strongly encourage customers to return their old batteries for proper recycling. Kindly include the old battery alongside the replacement service card when sending it back to us.

    Non-eligible Circumstances:

    Please note that the following situations do not meet the criteria for free battery replacement:

  • Battery damage from exposure to rain, improper handling, or impact caused by human factors.
  • Battery usage exceeds the specified three-year warranty period.
  • Usage of non-original or modified batteries.
