This label is only available to HAOQI customers in order to issue a return or exchange.
If the sender's address is different from the address on the order, the customer will need to provide a new address before we can start creating the label.
The customer will receive a shipping label file in PDF format via email.
The customer will need to pack the bike with HAOQI's original shipping box and protective materials, then print out the label and attach it to the surface of the box.
The customer will need to drop off the box at their local FedEx office or call their local FedEx to pick up the box.
