1. Does the bike come mostly assembled? I'm a novice and is it easy to assemble?

Your bike will arrive mostly assembled. We will provide the tools and a comprehensive assembly video so you can assemble your Haoqi Bike bike within 20mins even if you are a novice.

2. Is the Bike with Fenders?

Yes, the bike with two fenders, it has to install yourself after receiving the package. E-bike full fenders*2, multi-function repair tool*1, Rear rack*1, Charge*1, Headlight and Taillights

3. Do I need a license and Insurance to ride ebike on the road?
No. The e-bike from Haoqi is completely under U.S regulations and laws which allow you to ride it without specific license and insurance.

4. Where can I ride an electric bike?

An electric bike is legally treated the same as a normal bike. You can ride an electric assisted bike anywhere you can ride your regular bike.

5. Which class does the Haoqi Leopard belong to?

Class 1 has a top speed of 20 mph without pedaling.
Class 2 has a top speed of 20 mph without pedaling and has a throttle.
Class 3 has a top speed of 28 mph without pedaling.
Haoqi Leopard belongs to the class 2.

6. Can the speed limit be cancelled?

We do not recommend lifting the speed limit, if it is lifted, it will definitely affect the mileage. After the speed is released, it can rise to class3 level.

7.Is the battery of my Haoqi bike removable？

The battery can be removed and recharged.

8.Can I ride into the rain? What is the waterproof rating?

Haoqi electric Bike battery is sealed well enough for the bikes to be safely ridden in light rain. IP 50.
However, it is not recommended to ride them through very heavy downpours, or through flooded streets when the crank and/or the motor can get splashed or even covered with water. It is best to take shelter until the rain eases and the roads are no longer covered with water.

Good for Cargo

I live in the country, I should run a long distance for shopping, and I often need to load something. I bought this electric car and fixed a basket on the back seat, which have solved the cargo problem in my daily life very well.

Very convenient for outdoor riding

I bought two !

Really great value. I live in a hilly area and gave up riding my bike as I dreaded the steep hill climb to get back to the house. I learned about ebikes and figured it would be a great solution. I made the mistake of getting a Bird bike, a single gear hub drive that just didn't have the power to make it up the hill and ended up having to walk the bike up. Returned that, did more research and found that to climb hills gears and a mid-drive motor to take advantage of the gears was superior. However most mid-drive bikes I found were in the $5000 price range. I was happy to find this and it has been able to climb the hills with no problem at all. The hydraulic brakes also give me the confidence of being able to stop going down hills. I thought the frame looked sleeker but pleasantly found there were some other improvements. The handlebar grips are a more ergonomic design with wrist support and ant-slip rather than the typical cylindrical ones. The display has been upgraded. Really hard to find another bike with mid drive, hydraulic brakes, suspension, multiple gears, powerful motor, big battery anywhere near this price range.

This bike is good for touring and enjoying the sites

I love to bike and I have a nice road bike. My road bike is fun for riding but not so good for just touring and enjoying the sites. Also I am not so interested in powering up hills and maxing out speed on a flat. I want to ride, have fun and get exercise. I purchased this bike because it is an entry cost ebike with good reviews and I did not know if I would like riding a pedal assist bike. The bike was easy to assemble. I had the bike assembled in less than an hour after it arrived. The tool pack that comes with the bike is sufficient to assemble the bike. Basically, you attach the front tire, handlebars and seat. All the cables are pre-assembled.

Eagles speak 'freedom' to me and my family

Bought 4 Eagles because they were 'upgraded' and thought each head of my kids household needed to be introduced to this mode of transportation. My wife and I each got one also. Although still winter in Southern Indiana I expect more use as the days grow longer and the whether gets nicer. Southern Indiana is known for it's hilly terrain and many hills were a challenge until the 'Eagles' arrived. Sleek, powerful, and a joy to ride. Climbs our hills with little effort. Maybe pictures and intel in future as members of family get more experience and give me more reports. Not disappointed---yet. We'll see how bike holds up under more rigorous usage and also on long term maintenance issues etc. Will report back... A good mode of transportation for the price. Not disappointed as of today. Customer service has been good and acceptable. No huge issues. Know anyone who sells a stout bike handler/carrier for a vehicle--SUV? Will

HOAQI Eagle Bike review.

First things first- HAOQI customer service is the best I have ever encountered. So much so that I am compelled to write my first review. If you're in a hurry to hear about our impressions on the bike you might want to skip a few paragraphs, but I feel their service deserves a shout out, so I'm going to do so. We ordered 2 Leapards on a Sunday evening. Monday AM we had an email offering an upgrade to Eagle, at no extra cost, because Leapards were out of stock. We were pleased to do so as battery, brakes and seat were all upgraded. Pretty much a no brainer. Delivery was prompt and bikes were well packaged. Only glitch is that 2 step throughs were delivered rather than 1 step through and 1 step over as we had requested. My husband was pretty bummed and he was adamant that he was not interested in riding a 'girl bike', so he put mine together with intent of returning his for an exchange. Then came the test drive and he was sold. We are confident that an exchange would have been processed without a problem, but he decided it wasn't worth the hassle and he could see benefits of the step through. So, delivery ended up not being an issue in the long run. One thing that was an issue was the handlebars. The Leapards bars are adjustable and that was one of the things that sold me on that model. When offered the exchange I asked about the handlebars and was assured that Eagles bars also are adjustable, but that is not the case. When I contacted customer service they honored my request for the parts to make it adjustable and also sent us mirrors due to the delivery issue. I have always had a prompt. courteous response to my questions and concerns whether by phone or email. They have gone above and beyond and we could not be more pleased with their customer service. On to the bikes. They are awesome. As stated above, delivery was prompt. Bikes were well packaged. My husband states they were easy to assemble. It was also very easy to modify the handlebars when we got the parts. The rack is well made and though fenders are plastic they look very nice and will serve their purpose without adding more weight. I was concerned about the weight, as I'm not a spring chicken anymore and it weighs in at 80lb, but it is well balanced and has not been an issue for me riding. It rides without drag when pedaling without assist, so can use it even if battery were drained, or to get a bit more exercise. Pedal assist gives very smooth power as you pedal, while the throttle gives that extra fun burst. Reminds me of my Harley days. We are looking forward to many adventures.
