1. Does the bike come mostly assembled? I'm a novice and is it easy to assemble?

Your bike will arrive mostly assembled. We will provide the tools and a comprehensive assembly video so you can assemble your Haoqi Bike bike within 20mins even if you are a novice.

2. Is the Bike with Fenders?

Yes, the bike with two fenders, it has to install yourself after receiving the package. E-bike full fenders*2, multi-function repair tool*1, Rear rack*1, Charge*1, Headlight and Taillights

3. Do I need a license and Insurance to ride ebike on the road?
No. The e-bike from Haoqi is completely under U.S regulations and laws which allow you to ride it without specific license and insurance.

4. Where can I ride an electric bike?

An electric bike is legally treated the same as a normal bike. You can ride an electric assisted bike anywhere you can ride your regular bike.

5. Which class does the Haoqi Leopard belong to?

Class 1 has a top speed of 20 mph without pedaling.
Class 2 has a top speed of 20 mph without pedaling and has a throttle.
Class 3 has a top speed of 28 mph without pedaling.
Haoqi Leopard belongs to the class 2.

6. Can the speed limit be cancelled?

We do not recommend lifting the speed limit, if it is lifted, it will definitely affect the mileage. After the speed is released, it can rise to class3 level.

7.Is the battery of my Haoqi bike removable？

The battery can be removed and recharged.

8.Can I ride into the rain? What is the waterproof rating?

Haoqi electric Bike battery is sealed well enough for the bikes to be safely ridden in light rain. IP 50.
However, it is not recommended to ride them through very heavy downpours, or through flooded streets when the crank and/or the motor can get splashed or even covered with water. It is best to take shelter until the rain eases and the roads are no longer covered with water.

I love CHEETAH!

80 miles on the bike so far and its been a dream to come true. very easy to put together. Suitable for people without no mechanical knowledge like me. it goes very fast and picks up speed quick. the ride is much easier compare with my standard bike. Totally worth the money.

Best Birthday Gift Received Ever!!!

Amazing BIKE!

I used to ride a standard bike and I'm new to ebike. I'm a big guy and I was afraid whether this ebike had enough power to get me up hills. The suspension is great. I feel at ease on rugged roads. This bike overall is solid built. Very different from my standardd bike. I can go anywhere as I like.

Excellent product!

Last Sunday I went fishing with this ebike and had a wonderful experience! It does everything HAOQI says it will and it looks great! I can ride it up to 70 miles with one single charge.Compared with my previous standard bike, Cheetah is better. I can ride it to anywhere I like with less sweat. BTW, Instructions are so clear and HAOQI's customer service is beyond amazing. Thanks!!!

Cheetah E-bike

I learned about the Cheetah after I had already bought a fat-tire e-bike. I was intrigued by the full suspension of this bike..a bike rider since childhood I had never seen this before. I like bikes and "tech'. so I thought I would have to order a Cheetah, in green. I really liked the look of this one, and that's part of the appeal for me with almost everything. I ordered in early December last year, but I was informed that the green version would not be available until the end of January, although the black ones were in stock and could be shipped right away. I wrote back to say that I would wait for a green bike. Sure enough, the bike was on its way on January 30, And I got it the following weekend. No problems with assembly, except for the rear fender. There is no way to put in the screw at the bottom, where it attaches to the bike frame, and the screw would not thread anyway. I attached the fender to the rear rack, then mounted the rack to the bike frame. I put a green zip tie through the bottom hole of the fender to secure it to the frame, and the problem was solved. I have ridden the Cheetah enough to be very pleased with it. It's got great power and is fun to ride. I have yet to test it on a rough patch of a local bike trail, where I get nearly thrown off a regular bike because of all the roots that have grown under the asphalt, creating a "washboard" effect. I did look at a lot of other bikes while I waited for the Cheetah, I found that there were other bikes out there with full suspension, but they all cost more and did not look as good. Build quality on the Cheetah is top-notch.

Cheetah Dual Battery

Received my bike fairly fast. I did have to have the bike shipped without the extra battery due to stock issues but it was fairly easy to install when I received both items. I would have definitely liked to have the manufacturer install the battery since they do it more often and in my mind is less likely to mess something up. After allowing both batteries to charge, I took my new Cheetah for a ride up some hills in my neighborhood. During my ride, I felt very comfortable and noticed the bike was very fast. Some of the hills are very steep forcing me to pedal to help out the motor. What this allowed me to do was actually get a good workout. My ride was approximately 18 miles long with 3 bars left on the battery. I have since done a total of 5 similar rides with extreme terrain and some bush waking, I ultimately bought this bike to allow me to explore more and I intend to push it to its limits. The only issue I've encountered so far during these rides is getting a flat, which is not necessarily the bike's fault but it occurred nonetheless. The following are some pros and cons to finish this up: Pros: Good build quality, easy to assemble, good accessories if you want them, Good pedal assist that allows you to ride as a leisure or actually get a decent workout. The bike also has a decent top speed of 21 MPH. The seat is also very comfortable for long rides. At a price under $2,000, there are very few bikes that offer more than this bike does. This bike will allow you to go on adventures a normal bike would not. This bike has me feeling good about the decision to drop several thousand dollars on a toy, something that rarely happens. Cons: The bike has a couple of minor issues that can be fixed and others that most likely cant. The Display is very basic and only shows the basics, I would like to see the battery remaining as a percentage instead of bars. The display gets easily washed out with direct sunlight. The brakes are cable actuated and definitely need to be hydraulic, I've ridden this bike on some serious hills, and definitely needs better brakes. The tires are another area where this bike can improve, on paved roads they are very loud, and on dirt roads, they are very thin and don't offer enough grip. Due to having disk brakes, the front brake rubs against the brake pad causing it to make a squeaking noise when ridden fast. Overall this is a very good bike that I hope to keep for a long time. I normally ride mountain bikes and road bikes as a way to get out and explore. This E-Bike has unlocked so many possible adventures that I cannot wait to embark on. I may seem a bit critical about the bike but I also pushed the bike to its limits. The majority of people will enjoy this bike and not be affected by what I noticed. Hopefully, I can enjoy my bike for many years to come.

I just got my cheetah . It was very easy to put together. This bike is built very rugged. For my first ride I took it up mount Toby. I love the peddle assist,I only had to assist at a couple of steep rocky areas. I love this bike !

I've never such a comfortable riding before !

Compared with traditional electric bicycles, this EBIKE has dual suspension system on both the front side and rear side . You know how rough of mountain road, but this guy can handle it easily, just like riding on flat ground, I've never such a comfortable riding before.

Perfect Ebike for Hunting

I like hunting. I can travel around the jungle more conveniently with this electric vehicle now. The battery life is 60~100miles, which fully meets my needs. This ebike is obviously very easy for road riding. The reflective strips and LED lights on the body make it safer to ride at night. All I can say is that this car has made my life more convenient and fun.
